the beautiful Los Sahuaros beach (150 - 200 m). Located in the very
desirable gated community of Los Sahuaros, with 24 hours security
service. You can enjoy two pools, hot spa, tennis court and other
amenities the community has to offer.
This home has open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, central
air-conditioning and heater. One of the bedrooms is the master suite.
Master bedroom, kitchen and living room areas have mirror windows for
the summer comfort.

unique volcanoes hot springs. Many geologists come to San Felipe to
examine this phenomenon.
5 miles south from our community you can drive thru beautiful Valley of
the Giant cactuses.
San Felipe has an International Airport. If you want to fly in you
can contact Grey Eagle Aviation in Carlsbad, CA for rates, flights and
departure airports.
Rental Rates and Cancellation Policy
Regular Rates: $210.00
per night or $1,250 per week.
Holiday Rates: $240.00 per night or $1,550 per week.
$250.00 security deposit is required to confirm a reservation and will
be refunded within 3 weeks upon inspection. In case of cancellation
Security Deposit is not refundable.
$50.00 one-time cleaning fee.
2 Night Minimum on WEEKENDS. 3 Night Minimum on HOLIDAYS. For
additional days rates will be 15% DISCOUNTED. The full payment is due
two weeks prior to date of arrival. The payment is not refundable if
canceled less than 7 days prior to check-in date.
Payments can be made with personal checks.
Check-in and check-out times are flexible.
