Vacation Rental Rates and Cancellation Policy
Regular Rates: $160.00 per
night or $850 per week.
Holiday Rates: $180.00 per night or $950 per week.
$250.00 security deposit is required to confirm a reservation and will
be refunded within 3 weeks upon inspection. In case of cancellation
Security Deposit is not refundable.
$50.00 one-time cleaning fee.
2 Nights minimum on WEEKENDS. 3 Nights minimum on HOLIDAYS.
The full payment is due two weeks
prior to date of arrival. The payment is not refundable if canceled less
than 7 days prior to check-in date.
Check-in and check-out times are flexible.
